L’offrande de tsok, est un moment de joie et de convivialité entre les pratiquants autour d’un partage d’offrande de nourriture.
Le mot tibétain tsok fait référence à un rassemblement, celui des yogis et yoginis, Ce samedi 23 juillet nous serons le 25ème jour lunaire du calendrier tibétain au cours desquels il est particulièrement bénéfique pour les pratiquant(e)s d’effectuer cette offrande de tsok.
L’offrande de tsok est un moyen habile puissant pour accumuler du mérite, pour écarter les obstacles liés à notre pratique et purifier voiles et obscurations.
Ce Tsok étant dédié à Vajravarahi aussi nous pratiquerons la sadhana de Vajravarahi.
Merci d’apporter des offrandes de boisson et nourriture ( fruits … ) pour les partager avec tous les participant(e)s.
Rinpoché donnera un enseignement sur la méditation après le repas du midi et nous aurons aussi l’occasion de méditer avec lui au centre ou sur les bords de la Loire.

The tsok offering is a moment of joy and conviviality between practitioners around a sharing of food offerings.
The Tibetan word tsok refers to a gathering, that of yogis and yoginis, This Saturday, July 23rd, we will be the 25th lunar day of the Tibetan calendar during which it is particularly beneficial for practitioners to make this offering of tsok .
The offering of tsok is a powerful skillful means to accumulate merit, to remove obstacles related to our practice and to purify veils and obscurations.
This Tsok being dedicated to Vajravarahi so we will practice Vajravarahi sadhana.
Please bring offerings of food and drink (fruit, etc.) to share with all participants.
Rinpoche will give a teaching on meditation after lunch and we will also have the opportunity to meditate with him in the center or on the banks of the Loire.
