དཔལ་ཕག་མོ་་གྲུ་པའི་ཞབས་ལ་འདུད།
Je m’incline aux pieds du Glorieux Phagmodrupa !
I bow down to the feet of glorious Phagmodrupa!

།བྱམས་དང་སྙིང་རྗེའི་རྟ་ཕོ་ལ། །གཞན་ཕན་གྱི་དཀྱུས་ཐོག་མ་བཅད་ན།
།ཁྲོམ་ལྷ་མིའི་འོར་ཆེ་མི་འབྱུང་བས། །སེམས་སྔོན་འགྲོ་འདི་ལ་ནན་ཏན་མཛོད།
Quand, concernant l’amour et la compassion ─ l’étalon ─
Vous ne parcourez pas toute la distance ─ le bénéfice des autres ─
Vous ne recevez pas la reconnaissance de l’assemblée des dieux et des hommes.
Par conséquent, faites de sérieux efforts pour cultiver la résolution préliminaire.
When, concerning love and compassion ─ the stallion ─
you do not cover the whole distance ─ the benefit of others ─
you will not receive the acknowledgment of the assembly of gods and men.
Therefore, make serious efforts at cultivating the preliminary resolve.

།རང་ལུས་ལྷ་སྐུའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ལ། །གཞི་འགྱུར་མེད་ཀྱི་བརྟན་ས་མ་ཟིན་ན།
།མ་མཁའ་འགྲོའི་འཁོར་འབངས་མི་འདུ་བས། །ལུས་ཡི་དམ་གྱི་ལྷ་ལ་ནན་ཏན་མཛོད།
Quand, concernant votre corps, le roi ─ le corps de la Divinité ─
Vous ne saisissez pas le support ferme, qui est le fondement,
La mère ─ la Dakini et sa suite ─ n’apparaît pas.
Par conséquent, faites des efforts concernant le corps, qui est la divinité de méditation.
When, concerning your body, the king ─ the body of the deity ─
you do not seize the firm support, which is the foundation,
the mother ─ the dakini with her retinue ─ will not appear.
Therefore, make efforts concerning the body, which is the deity of meditation.

།བླ་མ་སྐུ་བཞིའི་གངས་རི་ལ། །མོས་གུས་ཀྱི་ཉི་མ་མ་ཤར་ན།
།བྱིན་རླབས་ཀྱི་ཆུ་རྒྱུན་མི་འབྱུང་བས། །སེམས་མོས་གུས་འདི་ལ་ནན་ཏན་མཛོད།
Quand sur le Gourou, sommet enneigé des quatre Corps,
Le soleil de la dévotion ne brille pas,
Le flot de bénédiction ne se lève pas.
Par conséquent, faites des efforts concernant l’état d’esprit de la dévotion.
When on the guru, the snow-capped peak of the four bodies,
the sun of devotion does not shine,
the stream of blessing will not arise.
Therefore, make efforts concerning the mind-set of devotion.

།སེམས་ཉིད་ཀྱི་ནམ་མཁའ་ཡངས་པ་ལ། །རྣམ་རྟོག་གི་སྤྲིན་ཚོགས་མ་དེངས་ན།
།མཁྱེན་གཉིས་ཀྱི་གཟའ་སྐར་མི་བཀྲ་བས། །སེམས་མི་རྟོག་འདི་ལ་ནན་ཏན་མཛོད།
Tant que les nuages de pensées accumulées
Ne se dissipent pas dans l’immensité de l’espace ─ la nature de l’esprit ─
Les planètes et les étoiles de la double connaissance sont sans splendeur.
Par conséquent, faites des efforts concernant un esprit libre de pensées.
As long as the cloud accumulations of thoughts
do not dissipate in the vastness of space ─ the nature of mind ─
the planets and stars of the twofold knowledge are without splendour.
Therefore, make efforts concerning a mind that is free from thoughts.

།ཚོགས་གཉིས་ཡིད་བཞིན་གྱི་ནོར་བུ་ལ། །སྨོན་ལམ་གྱིས་བྱི་དོར་མ་བྱས་ན།
།དགོས་འདོད་ཀྱི་འབྲས་བུ་མི་འབྱུང་བས། །རྗེས་བསྔོ་བ་འདི་ལ་ནན་ཏན་མཛོད།།
Lorsque vous ne polissez pas le joyau exauçant les souhaits
– les deux accumulations – avec des prières d’aspiration,
Les résultats nécessaires et souhaités ne se produisent pas.
Faites donc des efforts concernant la dédicace finale.
When you do not polish the wish fulfilling gem
– the two accumulations – with aspiration prayers,
the necessary and desired results will not arise.
Make, therefore, efforts concerning the concluding dedication.
